Privacy Policy
Working Agents (“Working Agents,” “we,” “us”), a product of GG CORPORATE EOOD (UIC 208436005), provides software for orchestrating AI agents and their financial operations. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name and email address. If you register with a password, we store only a one-way hash of it (never the password itself). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
- Content you create: agents, invoices, clients, and transactions you enter into the app.
- Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus standard server logs.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the service (authentication, your workspace, generating and emailing invoices).
- To send transactional email you initiate, such as invoices to your clients.
- To secure the service and debug issues.
We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with the processors needed to run the product:
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Neon — PostgreSQL database (encrypted at rest).
- Resend — sending transactional email.
- Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
Data retention & your rights
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your workspace content.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, credentials are hashed with bcrypt, and each workspace is isolated. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
