These terms govern your use of Working Agents (the “Service”), a product of SIBTECH, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
- Keep your credentials secure; notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam or fraudulent invoices, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or upload malicious content.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service (agents, invoices, clients). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of invoices you create and send.
Availability & changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. As an evolving product, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIBTECH, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
